Payment Terms

Unless otherwise indicated on the quotation supplied by Show Tech Electronics LLC to the Client, it is agreed that the payment

Terms are as follows:

*50% payment upon receipt of the written confirmation order by Show Tech Electronics LLC from the Client.

*50% payment upon delivery of the equipment at the designated venue.

*Variations - These will be billed separately and will be payable according to the above terms. If the variations have been negotiated and agreed post the completion of the installation stage then all variations become payable immediately.

*Breach of Payment Terms - In the event of failure by Client to adhere to the agreed oayment terms, then Show Tech Electonics LLC reserves the right to consider that Client is in breach of contract and liable to the applicable cancellation fees.

*Cancellation Fees - all cancellation fees as details below are payable immediately upon receipt by Show Tech Electronics LLC of signed fax confirmation of the cancellation.

Cancellation & Postponement Penalties

Cancellation 14 Calendar days or less from the commencement of the hire period will result a 100% cancellation fee equivalent to the full value of the job.

Cancellation 1 Calendar month or less, but greater than 14 Calendar days will result in a 50% cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the full value of the job.

Cancellation in excess of 1 Calendar month will result in no cancellation fee being charged.

All cancellation fees are payable immediately upon receipt by Show Tech Electronics LLC of signed fax confirmation of cancellation from the client.

Postponement penalties are identical to the cancellation fees detailed above, but 50% of their value will be credited to client when the job is reinstated.
